Hi all we're hoping to come over to Spain early December to look for our new forever home, we have somewhere to stay while we are looking, we will be coming over via the euro tunnel and driving through France will we still need to have a PCR test.

I think road travel is exempt, you only need a negative test for air and sea arrivals

Before you come over can I suggest that you have a look at some sites in order to acquaint yourselves with some of the bureaucracy involved.

Citizens Advice Bureau Spain for general stuff.
