they certainly do...only open 2 nights a week from like 6 till 8 or such...do the video game which is easy peasy...then read the usual eye chart...give them the dosh which is about 45 euros and you are finished until you pick up your new Spanish license...its called Psicotechnico...take the usual paperwork like UK license/padron/etc just in case...

modern scanners/printers are so good that copies look like originals...i always try to give them copies and keep the originals...but yes take everything and you cant go wrong...i thought Saudi was bad but Spain is so beaurocratic...get it online and automated...maybe their system keeps people in jobs...

I’m actually a bit confused with your comment. We had the medical test....as they call it....at a Psicotechnico in torrevieja. I didn’t know they would do the whole process for you...or am I reading this wrong? Why are so many people getting into a state because there are no, or very little appointments available to proceed with the actual licence exchange. TIA

We had our medical at psicotechnia in Catral last Thursday and they have got us
a appointment at Traffic next Tuesday.We now now have to take all paperwork to
Psicotechnia on Monday (UK driving licence plus counterpart,passport,pardon,photo)
They present all the paperwork to traffic and will advise when your spanish licence comes back for collection.
Cost 35 euro for medical and 104 euro (which includes Tasha) for processing.
You could just get medical done and go to traffic yourself if can get appointment

the conversation started with the Catral one...they do the whole process...that means the test and the gift of the license...or you can just take the paper if you pass their process and do it yourself..they ask you this..i dont know about other test centers...
