Lawyer and advice needed please

I am not a resident in Spain and live in the UK, but would welcome any advice on getting a Non Lucrative Visa so we can stay longer than the 90 day rule, please
NLV is for moving to Spain with, not hopping between it and your home country to get around the 90/180 rule

I’m doing this myself and highly recommend you contact [email protected] and speak to Guillermo who is absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable.
I was ripped off by another company but Guillermo saved the day and was 75% cheaper than my previous explorations into getting a NLV
It won’t hurt you to email him. Mention my name if you wish Steve Hodgson I’m sure he will be able to help you.

Take advice that the NLV is for a permanent move to live in Spain. If you leave Spain for more than 10 months in total in the first 5 years of receiving the NLV or more than 6 months in any one year then the visa will be cancelled.
The 10 months in the first 5 years means leaving Spain and not the EU.
Requirements are listed on the BLS Spain Visa webiste.
