Yesterday we had intruders on our property trying to steal our snack van, because they couldn't move it they drilled out the dutch registration plate. The Guardia was informed and we went to the Guardia station to report it. Both the Guardia and our solicitor agreed they have a good idea who it is.

This is to warn people that there are people who steal for their own benefit, to use our registration plate on a stolen trailer and sell it as legitimate trailer

Never heard of people condoning thieves, in other word it's ok for them to climb high walls with tools to take your property, it's only Spain. Well anyone coming onto our property will find a different welcome next time.

Sorry to hear that you are thinking of leaving the Forum, Please reconsider. The unhelpful, rude, sarcastic ones ( and we all know who we are talking about ) are in the minority, the vast majority here are trying to help and share their experience from their time in Spain, mindful that we were all Newbies at one time and still have a lot to learn.
