Hi Our contact number is via our translator and it worked, I was tempted to put our number in temporarily for the certificate but decided best to leave well alone. Why has it got a wrong number for you ? have your changed your recently or like us connected to translator. If it doesn't work maybe you could pop to the surgery and ask them to amend your records.

This could be to do with the platform you are using to access this system to update your phone. I had exactly the same experience using iOS , which, despite assurances on the site, was obviously incompatible with their systems. I succeeded by using an ancient W7 laptop, which took all of two minutes.
