Hi could I ask please what’s it like to live in catral and what’s rent like is it cold in winter

January is possibly the coldest month. I live in nearby Almoradi and nights are a bit cold but days are often warm with some sunshine.
I rented with Holidayhomes in Catral, who I first used some 10 years ago. They are an honest company (some agents are not) and have been very helpful at times.
