Mercadona offers a variety of both frozen and fried to order while u wait. - quite delicious and reasonably priced.

Any supermarket. Consum has them fresh on the meat counter but every supermarket has them in the freezer cabinet.
Either plain, with ham and other varieties, some with fish like cod or tuna and some with cheese.
