Morning, apparently there has been an article in a local newspaper to legalise the houses in Catral. Someone mentioned this but cannot get a copy, which is frustrating. Can you help at all please with some knowledge or verification of the article? Would be much appreciated. Blessings 🙏 🌹

Hi I received an email from my solicitor a few years ago regarding this matter. (Who is now based in Valencia).
I’ll try to find it.

It stated that it has been passed and now it’s up to the relevant town hall to get their act together - but again we all know things here move very slowly.
