hello everyone
We checked our usual DD last month and noticed that Telfy had increased our payment, upon checking it was for something we do not have. They were informed and said it’s an error and would be amended.
Today they took out the amount, so no amendment had been actioned.
Informed them again and they confirm what our next payment would be reduced.
It pays to keep a check on your Direct Debits
