I really get fed up with poor quality DJs and music played for 60 plus year olds all the time. The voices of some presenters are worse than then poorest wedding DJ. I am also amazed people pay for adverts these are poorly edited and very low grade and put me off a business rather than wanting to use it

Does anyone no a good one with playlists past 1980 or at least with some decent sounds

I always listen to Kiss fm. Decent music from the 80's to today. Some adverts but not much talk.

Agree with you about Sunshine, it's just a station broadcasting adverts with the odd tune played from time to time.

I don't know who the female DJ is who has a programme on Sunshine on Saturday mornings, but they speak really oddly, always saying "down there" "down there".

The English speaking radio station are not brilliant.

Just twiddle the dial and find the music you like, just ignore the presenter. You don't need to know what he is saying. But the Spanish do talk a lot and have ads.

Have you tried Spectrum FM...?? Adverts can get a bit tedious as they are the same ones but they play a great mixture of music (we think anyway) ...! Have a go. Don't know the frequency I'm afraid just scan along FM and you'll find it.... Good luck

Oh dear!

Whilst the English speaking radio stations may not be up to the slick, top end ones you would like them to be, bear in mind they don't have the budget, the revenue nor the numbers of audience those in the UK have!

And we're in Spain.

But of course, nothing wrong with wanting to listen to the music that you enjoy.  Have you not got internet Michelle?  Listen to whatever you like from them from the UK and everywhere.

p.s.  From one of those 60+ year olds who appreciates good music from every decade 😉
