You need to take the S1 form to your nearest INSS...(social security office) and they will do what is necessary to be issued with a SIP card

I have tried to contact the Social Security office in Torrevieja to register S1 and apply for SIP to get a Cita Previa but there is only a Spanish response and I don’t speak Spanish. Could anyone please give guidance on applying online. We paid a lot of money for our marriage certificate to get Residencia but it runs out at end of Nocember

You would be far better getting a Gestor to help you through the process. Its well worth paying out a little to get everything to run smoothly and without the stress. Other than that, ask an interpreter to help.

Hi thanks, just for everyone’s attention and info, I contacted the Foreign Office(British Embassy) in Madrid. Below was their response.
