Thanks, we have an older property just north of Catral (fully legal) not near the campo. and have been assured that we can make alterations and obtain permits for the work we want to do. However, I appreciate the warning as I know these things can turn into a bit of a nightmare if you stray on the wrong side of local authorities.

Hi, sorry it took a while to get back to you. yes please I would like their details, is the interpreter actually working on the job so that we can communicate. or elsewhere. our Spanish is very basic at the moment, although we are learning. are they reliable i.e. working every day ect.
