You could try asking Chimeneas Los Rodríguez, on the right hand side of the CV913 to Callosa:

https://www.google.es/maps/place/Chimeneas+Los+Rodriguez/@38.1311832,-0.8543183,17z/data=!3m1!4b1!4m5!3m4!1s0xd63a339749d5e2f:0xdb0724be3e1b133b!8m2!3d38.131179!4d-0.8521243?hl=en

They sell all types of wood burners, and if they don't stock pellets then they'll know who does.

Going a bit further, Maderas Cape at Rafal have a sign up saying they sell pellets:

That's awesome Jim thank you. Rafael is much closer than la zenia or elche so it's a winner. Thanks again. Trev

HI

We bought our woodburning stove from Ambience in Quesada and I know that they also do pellet burners.  They are english and the workmen are brits which helps if Spanish is a problem.  We found they were cheaper than Rodrigues and they did a good job.
