Looking for rentals

Hi I am looking for a long term rental around the Costa Blanca area. Not so much Costa. The rental I'm wanting is for years not months. I was offered a property but now fell through and the property needs to be pet friendly as we have a dog.
Not moving while February but like to get things sorted in advance. Please can anyone help. If it's in a Spanish village that's fab, but needs to be good to be able to get to work, if we end up working on the coast
