Afraid not. If you are a UK passport holder you will be limited to the 90 day rule unfortunately. Overstay might stop you being allowed into the EU in the future and/or a fine.

If you just fancy spending more than 180 days a year in Schengen on your holidays, then unfortunately no, as a U.K. citizen you are limited to the 90/180 day rule.
