Dilemma

I feel bad about this, but also very concerned. My neighbour two door down has been getting extensive work done in her house for several months now. The builders are still carrying out work...albeit indoors, but the two builders arrive and leave in the same car! and hang abou before they leave having a cigarette. The neighbour in question has been visiting my next door neighbor for”lengthy “ conversations and it appears from the last two nights she has actually been letting them into the property. The neighbour having the work done is not living there .....her place of residence...so she is obviously staying elsewhere and coming back and forth.
What do I do 😱!!
