Hi,I need found a good inmigration lawer,my partner need to do permiso de residencia.My last experience was not very good, so we have to do it again.I would aprecciate your help.Thank u so much !

If your partner has a UK passport and resides in the UK then he/she will need to apply for a visa from the Spanish consulate before they can apply for residency in Spain. A solicitor in Spain cannot make that initial application for them.

Hi Grace,
Are you an EU citizen, i.e. hold a passport from an EU country? If so, your partner could join you as a "Family member of an EU citizen", but you would need to have a formally recognised partnership, e.g. Parejo de Hecho in Spain, although it's easier to register your partnership in the UK.
