It would help if you said which office you went to  for the initial fingerprint appointment

On your paperwork it will give you a lote number,, you can normally check this number online to see which number they are up to.

Don’t understand , as the fingerprint is taken when you apply.. The fingerprint is incorporated into the card, so you only receive a card after the card has been processed. This can vary depending on how busy the foreign office are at the time of application, but very roughly between 4-8 weeks. They normally give you an indication at your appointment.

Is this a first appointment after obtaining a NLV  or transferring the green residencia to a TIE.

Which office did you go for your initial appointment -  (Alicante?) as timescales and procedures can vary between offices.

My darling,I m EU  member married with British. We had someone to help us with the process. First ,he get the digital signature, then we translate and apostille our married certificate. My work contract been added, and his passport aswell to all of this, and send to the immigration,Alicante. Now we waiting, they to come back and have the fingerprint ,as I know. The timescale is unclear, but as you said depends on the offices.

Thank you

Lucyana, just a very small grammatical point that you may find helpful. Your English is very good and perfectly understandable, with the following exception. It is not usual, in English, to address people whom you do not know as ‘my dear’ or ‘my darling’. This can be understood as a heavy attempt at sarcasm, depending on the context. I realise that you did not mean it in this way. One would begin a letter as ‘Dear Mr Jones’, as this is a basic courtesy in English, but not usually as ‘My Dear’, which is more intimate, as is ‘My Darling’. Please do not be offended, I am very pleased when Spanish peopletake thetime to correct my grammatical slips!

I am pleased that you found it helpful. You have done very well if you learnt English by yourself, it is not easy. Your use of the language is perfectly understandable, it will be just a question of a few grammatical corrections and always, vocabulary! Well done, and best wishes, Stephanie

Very good explanation of the English grammar there Stephanie, expertly put across without causing any offence to the O.P 👍👍
