In my area (Murcia) you get a sort of certificate after the second jab.

Hi,
Don't know if this will help but apparently if you've had both vaccinations you can obtain a certificate from this website to prove you've had both. www.coronavirusregistro.san.gva.es/sipcovid19/vacunascovid?language=es.
