Hi All,

New member here.

I'm just recovering from Covid after Isolating for ten days and taking daily tests.

My work place has insisted I register each LFT test result on the NHS app (one of their conditions to being paid sick pay) the other condition being photographic evidence (dated) of each test.  This isn't a problem, however the positive/negative test results don't show on my digital Covid pass only the three vaccinations I've had.

I'm due to fly out to Alicante on Tuesday 6th September, How do I prove I've recovered and is there any additional paperwork I need to get prior to my holiday? I think I may need a Certificate of recovery? If so any recommendations how to get one please?

This is the first time I've flown since pre Covid so don't want to get it wrong..

Thanks in advance

Hi,

if you have had three covid vaccinations, the last one being your booster dose, then you do not need to show any covid recovery certificate to get into Spain. Assuming you are clear of covid now there will be no issue with travelling on September 6th.

Take a look at the UK government covid advice for travel to Spain.

 Rgds,

Aitch.

Hi,

where did you read that information? Travel will take place over 30 days after first testing positive so I cannot see anywhere that says a test is required after such a length of time.

Aitch.

UK government states that you needed to have taken a positive PCR test (not antigen) on day one, for the covid recovery certificate to show up on your NHS Covid Pass.

https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/nhs-covid-pass/who-can-get-an-nhs-covid-pass/who-can-get-an-nhs-covid-pass-for-travel/

But as you’ve had your third (booster) jab and don’t travel for another month, in your situation you don’t  need a recovery certificate you just need to show your vaccination certificate/NHS covid pass.

Hi my wife and myself had Covid end of Febuary and come out to Spain 2nd April

No test was needed just proof of three jabs that they did not look at.

But to be sure have a look at the UK. gov Web site for all latest info.

As your classed as fully vaccinated there is no testing required, go and enjoy your holiday and forget about Covid
