not knowing this my estate agent wanted to know the value of my house Cadastral Value could i please phone or email the Suma which i did they first asked me if was  English i said yes they said they have English speaking here for me .so English came on the email .computer .i just asked for my estate agent the Castral Value of my house ,they said we will have to go through all our documents, might send out a valuer or do it by Satillite,Because all houses have changed in value and the tax has increased in value.we know it has increased by 7.1 % each year 2017 and 2018.which is 14.2 %.today s. after a email from them my property has gone high from 2014 to 2017 i will have to pay more Property Tax .i can pay Online.

Now reason i have sent this to you, all houses have gone up in value everybody reading this must get in touch with there Suma (They do not get in touch with you,) Everyone will have to Pay more longer you wait more it will go up,

just come off the Phone to my Solicitor who told me the Same .you must Pay it or be Summend and Pay More.hope all your Members Read This i still do not know how much my Property is Valued at Now ,

Just put House  on for Sale with a Estate Agent , Suma told me if the Estate Agent wants to Drop the Value he Should come to the Suma who will tell him the Value Cannot be Lowered .Some one has to pay the Suma Property Tax,

For IBI purposes, houses do not go up in value, unless there's the periodic catastral revaluation.

Councils can however increase the rate at which they calculate IBI
