New fast train from Murcia to alicante

Traveling up the back road from crevillente to elche seen the new railway station being biult for the fast train,now they told me there will be a car park there to hold a1000 cars,,they were biulding the roundabout there as I went by,now do you have any more information about this train station,will they be biulding houses around the station shops ,cafes ,if they do it will change everything,can you please find out for me and your readers ,you know my email address could you reply ,just speaking to a estate agent who tells me he is looking forward to this station it could change everything

Thanks for the info, I live in Crevillent and the AVE station will mean that we can travel throughout Europe with a station within 8 minutes drive of our house. beats the plane any day!

My estate agent said if this turns out to be true they are biulding houses and shops there for businessmen and women you living next door will bring the price of land up,prices of thevhouses because every one will want to live near this fast train station taking them to work in comfort quickly,to Murcia,Madrid France Brussels england even allowing a dog,toys for the children,be a boom time forvhouse in that area,
