and a french Neighbour as told me my large tool room would make a perfect bedroom for a holiday home it already has Everthing electricity in the tool room a outside bathroom ,a outside kitchen everything tiled with standard lights making a good dance floor,a covered Barbacue with fan and lights seating ten people,bringing in a good income from a holiday home,swimming pool with lights covered car port .electric gate .single gate lanE to walk down to the railway station..

But you would need permission from the local Ayuntamiento to convert this and a licence to use it as a holiday property.
