The system has changed since I last got one so I thought I'd update you all.
The guy that does them is now located in the Tourist Office building around the corner from the main ayuntamiento.
He is only there on Monday and Friday.
They are still free but you are restricted to burning on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.
