Need an architect/surveyor in Crevillent

There were two architects in Crevi but one seems to have disappeared... the other is one that I have used several times.  He is efficient and knows the Ayuntamiento very well, which is most important, and his prices are very reasonable.

His name is Jose Manuel Broton and he has an office near the health centre.  He does not speak English but I will be happy to meet you with him and do a bit of interpreting if necessary.  His number is 96 540 5430.

Hopefully your house is one of the 100% fully legal ones otherwise they will not allow you to do any modifications!   Make sure before you pay for an architect the first thing they will want to see are the deeds before you can go further.  If it is fully legal I would suggest contacting Don Aluminio Buiding and Reformation who use English speaking architects the one we used through them was called Sergio and is excellent and arranged everything he is based in Rojales. 

Thank you so much for your help Richard. We have a quote of 400 euros from the architect at our lawyers office in Algorfa. I thought this was a little steep so wanted to get different options. 

I am in Scotland right now so need to arrange this through my agent Roke from Javier Properties.

Thanks for your response Willy.  Our lawyer has completed a full review of the property and we are satisfied that the house is fully legal. The seller is in the process of obtaining the habitation certificate which has to be in place before the sale goes ahead.
