Has anyone experience with Liberty Seguras? We are reviewing our current insurance and are considering
to change to Liberty Seguros.

I've used Liberty and found them easy to deal with, particularly with a breakdown .......... However, I've not had to make a claim yet.
We are with Liberty for house and car insurance through http://www.granalacantinsurances.com/
Our car lit up like the 4th of July one morning and would not do anything, we contacted the broker, they got a Grua out to take it to the garage of our choice then after it had been in the garage for 7 days we had a taxi to the airport to collect a car hire, had the hire car for about 3 weeks then a taxi back from the airport drop off to the garage to collect our car. It didn't cost us a penny as no excess was applied and our renewal was cheaper!
Going through Alfonso he did most of the calls for us and it was painless.
We used to be with Linea Directa and they were all sweetness and light at quote stage but when we gave them notice Jekyll turned into Hyde, they were obstructive and threatening.

We have Liberty for both house and vehicles. Have had to make several smallish claims on both for various incidents. Absolutely no problems and excellent service. I also had to deal with them over a event at my mother’s house whilst she was hospitalized and therefore unable to deal with anything. I explained the situation to the agent and it was all very easily sorted.
