Hi.thank you for adding me to the forum. Im looking to buy a mobile home on the costa blanca. As long as the site its on isn't too far from a town, that's all that matters. Just the one pool would be fine and possibly a bar on site. Any recommendations would be welcome
There's three near Albatera and all seem to have a pool.
I think community fees can be quite steep though.
I'm familiar with all three.
As residential sites none have a bar and ranked in order of desireability I'd place Avas Gardens last, Albatera Mobile Home Park second, and El Paraisopark first by a very comfortable margin. It's nearest to town and the shops too.
Of course it all depends on your budget.
The first two you might get onto for as little as €20-25k, at El Paraiso you'll be looking to start from €40-45k and that's a measure of how far apart it is from the others.

Hello Pedrosa
Why a caravan? You are going to fry in these temperatures and freeze in the winter and watch you investment (!) go down the pan whilst paying exorbitant ground rent.... You are in Crevi? There are bank repossessed flats here going for 20 - 30 K. - and you can get a cheap mortgage! They can only go up...
Before you jump just look at your options...

I agree with Richard. I know several people who live on thecsites near Albatera some of whom pay 300€ plus in ground rent.
You can get a nice apartment for that in Albatera.

Don't know if Camping Colmar, near Campello, is too f ar? A lovely little site, with a great Bar (Browns), Restaurant and beautiful Pool. On main road, with excellent Tram, running at the bottom of site. Need a car if you don't like walking, but residents are very friendly and will help out.
Fees are around £4,000 a year ( with electric and water) and vans do occasionally come up to buy.You can rent some of the vans first, to see if the site is to your liking.

Hi Pedrosa
We have bought a mobile home on the Albatera site and we love it. It has a pool and a bar that is open twice a week.
Yes, the site fees are steep but the outside space we have is amazing, it's secure as we don't live there permanently and the people are great. We went for a mobile home as there are no fees to pay on the purchase price, no legal fees and we think it's a great way to get to know an area.
If we make a permanent move to Spain we would probably consider a property but for us, for now, it's great.
Happy to help if you have any additional queries 😀
Hi, there is also florentina site at San Miguel. Not sure if facilities first handy, but close to beaches and life of TORREVIEJA.
