my wife and i we have out own computers ,running off the same modem router my ,my computer last night was working fine on internet ,this morning nothing ,but my wifes computer running well.do not knowhy it has gone down can any body help we both are comming up for eighty so not very good on repair,from boband kathleen dunford

Sorry to hear that your computer isn't working. I don't know of any computer repair people myself but I might be able to help on here, do you see any error messages? If so, what do they say?

i live near crevillente railway station at partial Del botch number 195 A name robert peter dunford,having fault on my computer reads select proper boot device insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key ,can you help,i have just had the operation ,and is on chemo 5 grams a day so cannot drive my car.that is why need a delivery van or car ,you could come ant day except Thursday when i have to see the cancer lady.but i must have my computer.lost with out it ,please email me ,i had a computer man Jose manual Alfonso wonderful man .but had to go to Madrid,be lovely if you could make it tomorrow ,thank you for reading this

Hi there, try removing any CDs or USB sticks you have in the computer and then restart and see if that works

error code comes up boot and select proper boot device insert boot media in selected boot device and press key ,can this help
If it asks you to select a boot device see if you can select "Hard drive" and press Enter

how do i go passed boot and select proper boot device insert boot media in selected boot device and press key .howdo i go into this to hard drive i believe press delete after this
