No water, help please

Hello, we're at Pueblo Panorama16 (carretera superior), and no water at all. Beneath our apartment there is. But cannot find a central entry point where the water enters our apartment. Also do not see where there is a water meter to tell the water consumption. Could anyone please help us out with helpful information, please. We just got back from a long trip and look forward having a shower. Thanks for your help. Regards, Fred

Do any of your neighbours know where the meter cupboard is? If its anything like our apartment block all the meters are in the same cupboard. If this is the case the meters inside should be numbered, try turning the tap on your meter see if that helps.

Yep, I agree. There is a big chance that during your time away, the water stop cock has been turned off at the meter.

Fred, If you do locate it and it is found to be in the off position, before turning it back on it would be wise to have someone in your apartment to ensure there has not been a water leak neccesitating someone to have Turned the supply off at the meter.

Thanks for your responses: indeed in my case it was in an external cabinet in the street. I had Hydraqua cone in and they confirmed that the water supply works correctly. Investigating further with his great help, we found that at the entry of the apartment is a regulator that did not function: hammering it several times at different locations unblocked it and the water supply worked perfectly well again. Hope this info may be helpful in case others face the same problem.
