Paying Hidraqua bills online

I am registered with Virtual Office but cannot seem to pay my bills online, I have managed by some fluke, once or twice. I don’t have a Spanish bank account.
Please can someone advise me, as it is expensive paying via mobile phone to customer services.
Iberdrola has a very easy system and I never have any problems paying them, so why is it so difficult to pay Hidraqua?
