Hello all.  Hoping for some advice.  I'd like to retire to Daya Nueva or surrounds.  I gather you need a minimum income.  Ill have a small pension of around 800 a month but will have a savings pot of around 100,000.  Will this be enough.  Sorry to be so coarse talking about money but need to know.   I should hope have my house bought outright.thank you

The income at the present time is around €750 per month, for 3 months, being paid into a Spanish bank account. After Brexit requirements may differ as yet no-one knows

If you have statements or documentation proving your 100,000 that should also be enough to cover the monetary requirements. Don t forget you will also need full healthcare. Healthcare can be obtained (at this time) through the S1 form.

Hello George, have a read though Jim's Guides which can be found in a tab at the top of the page or from the drop down menu. It's a lot to take in so if you have any more questions, feel free.
