Bad Airport parking experience with low cost parking.
Having been a loyale customer of Low Cost Parking/We Park for three years I prebooked and paid online via there website as usual and parked the car with them on 6/6/21.
Upon my return on 4/7/21 at 22.00hrs I was informed that they required payment to release my car as they could find no confirmation of my payment and unless I could prove payment or pay again would not release my car.
The car battery was flat and would not start and we had to get a taxi back to our apartment.In the morning I returned with my Bank statement as proof of payment but was told that I still had to pay again and write explaining the situation to to there manager Bruno.
Four days later he responded admitting there fault and advised that he would refund the payment personally and immediately to my Bank.
Three weeks later and still no refund and no response from him or his staff to my emails.
