Hi we had issues with log burner fitted and supplied by a English firm here we have been back to the supplier and installers which is a well known company i won't say who at moment but all they say is they will come and thats it 3 weeks later no one , is there somone like trading standards here thankyou

What is ot? OMIC is the consumer rights office but I have found them to be a waste of time. Not turning up is a very common Spanish way of doing business, better get used to it!

Sorry its not put everything on we had log burner fitted and supplied by English firm here it should have read next time i get a Spanish company

Does the English supplier have a shop or office you can visit? If so, go there in person and ask for their "Hoja de Reclamaciones", which is the complaints book - if they refuse, call the Policia Local, who deal with these issues. Just asking for the complaints book is usually sufficient.....
