Hi I’m looking for a solicitor who can advise me re renting out my property. I have someone interested in renting my property for a long time(years) and need to know legalities. They will be paying water and electric themselves and paying me a minimal rent to cover my mortgage. Any recommendations greatfully appreciated thanks
