Car juddering after going through water

In what way is it juddering? If it's mis-firing, you should be able to see the rev counter jittering about.
If it's petrol, then it may be water that's got into or onto the spark plugs and associated wiring.
For both diesel and petrol, it may be damp that's got into the black box - electronic control unit.
Whatever it is, if it only started happening after driving through water, then the problem should clear once it's dried out.

If Petrol engine it sounds like damp interrupting the ignition. WD 40 sprayed on to the ignition parts, I.e. distributor interior , spark plugs and leads plus the coil could get you sorted.
