No point asking about water companies, as there's only one for each area.
There isn't such a thing as a best electricity provider, presuming you are asking for cheapest, as that depends entirely on an individual's usage and pattern of usage.
There are two large electricity generators in Spain - Iberdrola and Endesa. I've stuck with Iberdrola ever since we moved here. The vast majority, and possibly all, other providers are simply re-sellers.
