Good evening all, flying over to Alicante on Sunday, buying a Quad Villa in Daya Vieja, looking forward to it very much, any tips and info would be much appreciated. appointments on monday to sign up for the NIE then police Station and finally the Bank account opening.

Hello and welcome to the forum! There’s lots of information to be found on the forum,top of page the right hand side is the search facility which is very useful.
I’m not in your area, however one tip is go to the local markets for your fruit and veg. Shopping use the Spanish supermarkets, most things you need you will find in there and they are much cheaper than the equivalent U.K. brands.
If you don’t speak Spanish, try the Spanish people won’t laugh at you (well they may do a little but in a kind way) you will find a few words will be welcomed even if it’s only to say hello or thanks.

We went over in June and bought a quad property in Daya Vieja. Hoping to complete by end of August. Will be back out September. All exciting stuff. Good luck
