As mentioned above, the wearing of masks is mandatory and you can be fined if not wearing yours.   Hand sanitizer is available for use before you enter most shops, particularly food shops.   The spacing and/or booking of beach space is set by the town hall covering the area.   Bars and restaurants are open but with social distancing in place and masks should be worn until your order of drinks or food is placed in front of you.   For any new regulations that are put in place keep an eye on the N332 Facebook page or this Forum.   Go with the flow, follow the regulations that are in place and enjoy your stay.

Honestly, do you genuinely believe that we are unsafe in the UK?   Take it from me, we are as safe as houses here apart from the few areas that are experiencing Covid 19. Nowhere near as bad as in the north of Spain.

It was kind of you to reply and encouraging but you don’t mention the likelihood of people all arriving from Madrid and other areas who could make your area much less safe. I hope and trust that they don’t bring infection but it is a strong possibility.

It’s a strange one, but we believe that we are safer here than in Spain so perhaps we are all living in the right place.  Safe as houses!  So far! 

Spot on we are from the Uk and have been in Spain since the lockdown in Torre de la Horadada very very busy now loads of teenagers not wearing face masks.

Up until late June we felt safe as houses but not now loads of people have traveled from all over Spain and some not all just don’t get this virus like all nationalities you get good and bad.

We have family in the north east of England and they say most of the time they feel very safe.

I find some people on this forum are very anti British quite sad really as I said above all nationalities have idiots who just don’t get it.

If I had young children I personally just would not travel on a aeroplane at this moment in time.

Please refrain from referring to our Prime Minister as a waffling buffoon. It’s offensive and unnecessary as I now know your opinion of him as do others so please, no more.

Yesterday, we heard on the news that King Juan Carlos has left Spain and is in hiding because of fraudulent activities. Nobody from the UK has passed any negative comments as it is unnecessary.  It is common knowledge that many politicians in Spain leave a lot to be desired but Thankfully, we don’t feel the need to constantly go on about it. I was very proud to hear Boris speaking on the news yesterday and has given financial help to the people of Beirut. No doubt, there will be some negative remarks at some point. Hopefully not.

Honestly Ray, if somebody spoke about you in a rude and condescending way, I would be equally annoyed.  We are all adults and deserve some respect.  None of us are perfect, least of all me but it’s hurtful when people who you don’t even know speaks about you an unflattering way. 

I would dearly like to see respect and politeness coming back into this forum.  Let’s give it a try! Cheers every.

At no point was I disagreeing with you, I simply asked you to refrain from name calling. Why on earth would you lower yourself to ask where The Queen and Prince Philip are? in hiding? 

I am sorry to hear that your family seem to feel unsafe in England. My daughter, son and their families aren’t in the least bit scared as there doesn’t appear to be a great deal of Covid 19 in the London area or Essex or Devon for that matter ( facts)

I will take your advice to “grow up” if you do too!
