Playa De La Glee Beach Bar

Hola, just wondered if anyone knows what’s happened/happening to the Beach Bar on Playa De La Glee? My husband is very worried there isn’t going to be a bar there for this summer, 2019!

Not sure about that beach but at Guardamar they take them away for the winter and put them back at the start of the season, probably the same at Playa de la glee.

Wouldn't hold your breath - last year we were midway through the summer before the contract for the beach bars was sorted at La Glea and the year before it was June thanks to the Town Hall. In previous years it would usually be Easter for the start up.

KEEP CALM, the beach bars on the smaller beaches are taken away during the Winter months, only the main Beach Bars on La Zenia and Cabo Roig beaches stay open all year round, although La Zenia was closed this week while they either renovated or replaced the old one ( don't know what they were doing but the signs said it would open again this weekend. The others will reopen probably in time for Easter. Last years problems with the Contracts was sorted and they obtained extended licences so KEEP CALM.
