Hi - I have been trying to contact bank inter Denia from UK and they don’t answer the phone or respond to messages via email Buzon@bankinter. I wondered if anyone had another email address for them?
Also has anyone tried to withdraw money inside a bank in Spain just with their passport as I do not have a debit card?

With Bankinter you will need your code card to withdraw cash in branch.

All branches must have different rules. When I’ve withdrawn cash inside by branch of Bankinter all I’ve ever needed was my passport, I don’t need to show my debit card or my code card.
The branch check the passport against the record on file, scan my passport and print a copy with the multitude of paperwork they seem to print off every time you visit the bank.
