EasyJet voucher

Hi all, I’ve been emailed a (extended time voucher) from EasyJet but when I tried to use it I needed a password. Their call centre said it was on the original voucher email which I can’t find.

They can’t help without the reference - has anyone else had this problem and found a solution ?

I have gone through all my emails but can’t find the original email with the voucher (annoying). There was so much disruption over the past couple of years I fear I deleted it.

Hi Annie,

Is it a Gmail account? If so, go into your "All Mail" folder and in the field, "Search in emails" type in "Easyjet", which will bring back all results with that word appearing in them.

If you deleted the email, it may no longer be there, as Gmail has a default setting that all messages that have been in the "Bin" for more than 30 days will be automatically deleted.
