I bought a house in Pedreguer Monte solana . Although the house is very
Nice in general , the lower part of the house , the cellar I would say was left full of big stones , soil .I guess it was left there by the construction company when the house was built originally .
I would appreciate if someone would advise me on local companies that can empty my cellar , looks like it is a big job .

Thank you so much for your advice .It will definitely guide me to take the right steps , should I decide to make it habitable .
I requested the original plans from
Pedreguer Ajuntamente and I got them for a fee.They are detailed and have the initial dimensions as when the house was built .
Now as you mentioned I need to find the right people to further advice me .
For the time being I need to empty it so I can see clearer , not only me but the qualified architect .
The company who built most houses in monte solana is called “Sanchez”, I am thinking of calling them for a quote , but would like to know if other companies on the area can do the job too.

Hi everyone,
I see many houses that would be suitable for me, if just there was an underbuild for storage and a workout room, etc.
Does anyone have any idea if it is possible to dig out an underbuild for an existing house on a flat lot. I realize perhaps not if the house is on bedrock, but otherwise what would the cost be for about 150m2?
Perhaps some construction companies would have an idea...
