We are in the early phase of looking into a permanent move to Denia. What are the typical monthly charges for utilities, etc if we purchase an apartment outright?

The answer could be: How long is a piece of string? Every utilities supplier has their own prices and every community and town has their own charges. It also depends upon your own lifestyle.

As a guideline for 2 persons: power 100,-, water 60,-, phone 40,- . Gvt. and Council taxes impossible to predict, if living in a condo monthly maintenance charges can be considerable. Hopefully this gives you an idea.
