Search "abogado/abogada" Denia. Steer clear of one's that only have a mobile number on Google. I.e. starting with a "6" make sure they have a number starting "96" and if you enquire with them,make sure you ask them to forward a copy of their CIF registration(this is the UK equivalent of VAT registration)

are you looking specifically for one located in Denia?

Our lawyer was based in Alicante (some say the geographic separation is actually a good thing!) and he was brilliant, sticking with a complex purchase for our place in Denia that lasted well over a year.

I have arranged for these works to be done in January so currently cannot recommend anyone from my personal experience. I had arranged 3 tradesmen to quote but only 2 actually bothered turning up! If you are still looking later in January I could give you the thoughts etc on the guy employed.

Conversely if you find someone & have the works completed to your satisfaction please advise who you used. I am looking to have a new kitchen fitted, new bathroom fitted and possibly the pool house extended.

Warning!  Steer well-clear of an English-speaking so-called property laawyer in the middle of Villena, north of Elda.

We used and still use Sun lawyers in Javea who have been great. We leave many things for the gem to handle, payments etc when we aren’t there and they are very reasonable we feel.
