We all want different things but I can only recommend Denia... a beautiful working town that has a port, marina, nature reserve..montgo for walks, many kms of beaches and also the beautiful las rotes..old town full of squares with tapas bars.. Loretta a fabulous tapas alleyway.. marques de campo a tree lined road full of shops, bars and local events, nightclubs and late bars with live music, markets and life around the year and very cosmopolitan and the new addition Els Magazinos! It is a fabulous place to enjoy and discover! Don't tell too many people! Goodluck, Lauren

I agree with Lauren but the Denia side of the Montgo is notorious for getting low volumes of winter sun. My advice would be to visit the property 3 or 4 times during a sunny "winter" day and see if it's getting sun. Summer holidays this may not be an issue, but if you're thinking of living here it could be.
