My neighbor has two windows looking straight in my pool and graden and he can see everything .
Do the construction laws in spain allow that .

You must have seen those windows when you did an inspection of the property......
You cannot expect the owner to rebuild part of their property to suit you, its probably been like that for years 🤷♂️
