Would just love to know if has anyone had any experience with Spain 4 u .
General advice would be not to use any legal services that the agent recommends and never pay the agent a deposit, if a deposit is required it should be paid through your own solicitor. Oh and remember they are trying to sell so don't believe a word they say!

Amanda at Spain4U provides an excellent, friendly and professional service and I was really pleased with her recommendation for the solicitor and bank manager that I used when purchasing mine. I have also met a couple that are currently using her service for a 2nd property in addition to the first, so they too must of been happy with the service provided!

Hi Anna, we also used Amanda at Spain4U and she was extremely helpful and would highly recommend her. She recommended Solicitors where the lady we had spoke good English and they helped with everything e.g. Opening a bank account, getting NIE numbers, setting up the utility bills direct debits etc.
