House Swap Denia Geneva
We are a family of three who come to study Spanish in Denia each year and would like to swap our 4 bedroom villa ten minutes from Geneva airport, on the French side of the border. We are looking for a two bedroom apartment or house, ideally with two W.C. and climate controlled air-conditioning and a pool.
Our house sleeps up to 5 and has three W.C., a large garden in a quiet cul de sac. We are on the F bus line directly to central Geneva and the UN.
We are 40 minutes from Annecy, 20 minutes from Nyon (Switzerland) 1.5 hours from Chamonix and Morzine. We are ten minutes from Jura National Park. We are five minutes from the Swiss border and have fantastic biking. Very family friendly village.
Traditional French home with wooden shutters, roses, lavender, fruit trees and linden tree. 85 square meter terrace with awning and BBQ. Large trampoline. Equipped for children. Parks and pools nearby. Tennis club membership included.
