Hi
Looking for some beginners yoga in or near Denia . We have had an apartment for years and my husband goes off into the mountains on his bike whilst I watch T.V !
I know ...... Sad but true . So maybe this year I could get a bit fitter as I am not at the moment . Did some yoga in Denia a couple of years ago but my Spanish is not great and the lessons were very fast .
I've done some research but maybe someone can recommend a place .

Hi Joy,
My wife is a yoga and Pilates instructor, we have just moved over here from UK recently and she is going to be running classes soon.
She’s back tomorrow evening from a trip home, happy to speak to her for you if you wish. We live in Denia on the Montgo.

If you're a member of the U3A, there is a yoga class each Thursday. ..10am -11am. ..at the Denia Fitness Centre. The cost is 3,50€.
If you haven't joined the U3A , it would be a good idea to join. There is a wide variety of classes/ pastimes.

Hi, have not tried it yet and am planning to, in the meantime, there is one on Temple de Sant Telm street, about half a block from Mercadona parking. Personally, shall have to wait a bit longer until I return in February at the latest when I have found people to finish renovating my flat. As soon as that is finished, and it well might be because this site has provided tons of help. Hope all the help we are sharing blooms into a wonderful garden! Take care, all the best. Eva
