Bar work and waitressing are mainly just by the owner putting up a notice in the window. Some leg work would be necessary to look for Se busca personal or Se necesitan empleados and so on.
For healthcare perhaps try something like the 3 Cs Care and Nursing Agency depending on what you are looking for and any qualifications you may have. If looking for cleaning jobs in healthcare then probably look at something like HCA hospitals Denia for any vacancies.

There is a care company who operates in Benidorm, Altea, Albir, and surrounding areas called TLC Homecare Spain. They are often looking to employ more care workers.
